Typing the same thing twice
An order keyed into the invoicing system, then copied again into a tracking spreadsheet. The information already existed. It has been paid for twice.
Fixed price. Quote within 48 hours. No discovery retainer, no surprise invoice, no "it depends" once you have signed.
A task that takes two hours a day frees up 10 to 20 hours a month. Others free up none — and we tell you that too.
Nobody invoices you for paperwork. So far this year it has cost you

The digitalisation paradox
It is not just a feeling. Among Spanish SMEs with a high level of digitalisation, 23 % spend more than 10 days a month on administrative work, against 9 % of the least digitalised. The reason sits in the same data: 75 % run more than one platform to manage their finances, and 29 % run four or more. The time does not go into working. It goes between systems.

The price is in a March email, the delivery note in a shared folder, the contract on paper. Nobody measures the time spent gathering what the company already has.
Chasing unpaid invoices, done when there is a spare moment. The margin review, pending since last quarter. This does not cost hours: it costs money that never comes in.
What doing nothing costs
A Spanish sole trader spends 226 hours a year on official paperwork alone: 28 eight-hour days, close to a full working month. The ATA federation puts it at €3,390 a year per person — and that is before the rest of the repetitive work in the business.

Approximate annual cost with social contributions, before recruitment, training, or the risk of them leaving after eight months.
Annual cost of bureaucracy per sole trader, per ATA. It appears on no invoice and in no budget line, yet it is paid every month.
Starting price to configure a repetitive process. Most cases are solved below €4,000, and some are not worth even that.
What can be automated?
There is a volume, a duration and an annual cost. The diagnostic prices them and tells you whether it is worth it.
It has no current cost because it does not happen. And it is usually what leaves the most money on the table.
These do not appear in the diagnostic: you cannot measure the cost of something you do not do. If you recognise yourself here, let's talk directly.
Tell me your case on WhatsAppHow it works
Which one, how many times a day, how long each time, and what the person doing it costs. Nothing more.
Real annual cost, and what share of it automation can recover. It is almost never 100 %, and we explain why.
Prioritise, prepare, test or do not automate. With the minimum technology that solves the problem, and the payback period.
The diagnostic
Think of one specific task before you begin: the one that makes you sigh when it lands on your desk. If you can, keep your business system open — the diagnostic is only as good as the figures you give it.
Pricing
Not everything is solved the same way, and the highest level is almost never needed. Most tasks are solved at the first two.
Most of the projects we take on fall between €500 and €4,000. The €500 ones are single-task configurations, done remotely in a few hours. Your exact figure comes from the diagnostic, using your volumes and your hours. Not from a table.
We scope the project and give you a fixed quote within 48 hours of the video call. Not a range, not an "it depends": a price.
That is the threshold the tool applies. Most cases we accept pay back in 4 to 12 months. You see your own figure in the diagnostic, before we talk money.
And we tell you what to configure yourself, at no cost. A project that does not pay back is not a small project: it is a project not to do.
Without maintenance the automation keeps running until one of your systems changes; we then charge repairs by the hour. With maintenance, we fix it. Prices exclude VAT.
Why this tool is different
21.1 % of Spanish companies with 10 or more employees already use artificial intelligence. But around 60 % are still at the experimental or pilot stage. Saying you use AI and getting a result out of it are two different things — and that gap is expensive.

In most cases, configuring what you already have, or a few fixed rules, is enough. It costs four times less than an AI agent and breaks far less often. When that is the case, we tell you.
If three of your figures are estimates, the range visibly widens. No tool should produce a result more precise than the answers feeding it.
