International transfers. Using Anthropic, PBC involves a transfer of data to the United States. It relies on the safeguards in Article 46 GDPR: the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission (Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914), included in Anthropic's data processing addendum. You have the right to:
